Me and my (now) fiancé, stayed in this wonderful apartment for a weekend trip in Reykjavik. It was a beautiful property that was incredibly welcoming, with thoughtful little touches that made a special trip even more special.
Our hosts were incredibly helpful while I was organising the trip as they were able to facilitate my special requests for the proposal I had planned. They also provided local information and recommendations which were really great (Sushi Social was amazing!) and they helped everything to go smoothly.
The accommodation was beautifully presented, with stylish decor and a modern, homely feel. The bathroom was really cool with a walk in shower and some toiletries were provided. The property had excellent facilities and it was very clean, private and welcoming.
It is in a perfect location, only a short walk from the places we wanted to visit in Reykjavik and the on street parking outside the property (P2 zone) was reasonable and convenient.
Overall, it was an excellent base for us to explore the many locations that Reykjavik, and Iceland, have to offer. Can’t thank you enough for facilitating everything and making this special trip go smoothly.

Coast in front of the property, coast behind, amazing views. Lovely clean house, well stocked kitchen, and an absolutely incredible film collection for the evenings if you want a movie. Lovely to have chickens running around the back in the morning too. Dark in the evenings, making it perfect to view the northern lights as well. Great location, as only a 15 min drive from Reykjavík. Would recommend booking if you have a hire car.

We simply felt welcome. As if we knew the owner, Erla, and she left the house for a while so that we could move in for our stay. The house was absolutely clean, nicely decorated, cosy, with comfortable beds, stylish furniture and generously equiped kitchen. It also has a terrace with a grill. The grocery shop is just a kilometer or so away, there is plenty room to park your car(s) in front of the house. We enjoyed our stay to the max.

Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
Great location, friendly staff, super cosy beds. Access to hot tub outside, great viking ornaments all over, great restaurant with rich buffet breakfast. Something a bit different, but great!
The location was perfect for us, right in between our activities in Reykjavik and the airport. Appreciated the free breakfast in the mornings and access to the gym/hot tub/sauna. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We had a great stay!

Charming boutique hotel. Great location, very friendly and informative staff! We stayed in a cabin that although small and basic, was meticulously clean. The shower pressure is amazing although the water has a sulfur smell which apparently is common for the area. We had to leave for the airport before breakfast and they were kind enough to make us a sandwich to take with us. We rented a car and there was plenty of parking.

Everything! The location is right on the harbour, the bus stop to Reykjavik or Keflavik airport is a 2 minute walk, the food was lovely, the staff were excellent. The free hot tub and sauna were a bonus! Loved it and can't wait to go back one day!
We really loved it here! So much love for all the details has been shown by the staff. The staff is friendly (reception, breakfast, restaurant - they are all doing perfect work!) The hot tub is cozy, warm and we really enjoyed the sauna, too! Our room has been extraordinarily spacious and the bed was really comfortable! The hotel had everything we needed - BIG PLUS: If you need recommandations regarding tours: The staff will be happy to help you- nothing to complain about!
The cottage was lovely, fun and very cosy. Beds were comfortable, with two pillows. Everything was clean, breakfast was excellent and provided vegan options, staff were very polite and helpful.
The sauna was great. Direct bus took us to center of town, about 20 minutes ride. Very convenient. Bus stop was very near the hotel.
