1) Location was brilliant - a bit away from the main centres of Ooty - which we were not interested in. It’s just a few meters away from the highway. But it’s critical to have your own transport here.

I loved the view from Pearl room, one of the reasons to repeatedly visit here. Love Mala amma and Lalithama's food. I ve never seen a host like Venkatesh Anna who cares enough for the guest, accommodates early check-in and late check out, arranges local travel at a reasonable price.
