The villa was spacious, palatial even. All the facilites you could hope for. We were very comfortable there.
But most of all it was the host, Ashutosh who made our stay so wonderful. He went out of his way to help us in what we wanted to do, was informative and attentive. A truly exceptional host and now a friend.

It was a nice little cozy room. AC, hot water etc. was working fine. Tv was working.
Room & bed was neat & clean. Room condition/decor was good.
It is situated in a peaceful location but it is little outside the market/main area.
We arrived a bit early but the hotel accommodated us as soon as the prior guest in our room left & the room was cleaned.
They also kept our luggage after checkout. The attending person was helpful.
The setting of the farm is just perfect. Just less than 500 steps from main road. Once you enter the farm, you immediately feel relaxed as the atmosphere is very serene. Rooms are well designed with a small patio at the entrance where you can sit and enjoy the view. The rooms are at the edge of the fields, so there is lot of greenery. The hosts are a couple who make you feel very comfortable, are attentive and very charming. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay.
Lot of positivity; rejuvenating interior design of the house; hygienically maintained all the washrooms. Overall, it’s a cosy house. In spite of the beginning of the summer, the house was cool. We would like to come again and again to this homestay whenever we’ll travel via Kolhapur.
Location is OK. But overall property is very old and averagely maintained. Rooms size is quiet OK. But overall appearance takes you in 1980's type of lodges.
Host Amey is one of the best host I have come across in my recent times, he is extremely down to earth and very helpful with everything.
The property is perfect stay for a family who is looking for comfortable and private space, it’s a 2 BHK bungalow with all basic and modern amenities, which literally gives you a luxury stay at an very affordable price.
Siddhesh, the manager, is a wonderful guy & very helpful and cooperative. The hotel rooms are on the first floor of Bakul bungalow. Parking is free & it's a very quiet and lovely neighbourhood. Would have loved to stay more, plans for Goa were made in advance. Thanks for your support & service, Siddhesh. Will definitely visit in the future.
