This property was magical. Perfect for us. The space, the bright, airy spotlessly clean rooms. Most of all Cherian. Always smiling and there with whatever you need before you can even ask. Things were a little complicated because of the carnival with movements restricted and so on. But Cherian found us a way. Thank you Cherian.

An amazing place, the owner went out of his way to make our experience awesome. The food was absolutely out of this world. The Ayurveda massage was in the same building, very professional and well priced. The owner even offered his own car to drive us to the next destination. The staff was attentive and very friendly. Rooms are large and clean. The pool area was also beautiful, with a good-sized pool and perfect water temperature. Everything was 10/10. Would I return? - Absolutely, anytime without hesitation.

The location of the property was just amazing and the property was just as it was showcased on the website. The room was neat and tidy, it would be the perfect romantic get away place for a couple. Very peaceful and calm location with good view of the river, so if you go with a fishing rod you could sit near to the river and do some fishing. They had few English and Malayalam books, but the English books were just limited to few Chetan Bhagat bestsellers. There was this area near the river where dining table was set up, that are had a Bluetooth speaker so you could play some nice songs and enjoy some food especially in the evening/night.

A very charming, family-run homestay in the heart of Fort Kochi. The rooms in this lovely heritage building were spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Asha and her team of friendly staff were exceptionally helpful and kind. We loved our stay here and would love to return again. Highly recommended.
What a wonderful place, with absolutely lovely staff. I was in the heritage cottage, on the v top floor, which was incredibly comfortable and clean with everything I needed. The owner / manager was really kind and helpful providing lots of information and help on my trip.
The Bungalow was cozy and so was the room. It was near to beach, cafes and restaurants. Walking around was easy. Host was very friendly. He even booked us a taxi to airport. I would recommend to book AC room only since Kochi is pretty humid and non AC room becomes a bit suffocating.
Not to forget, it is a beautifully decorated place.
There was lots of fresh fruit and a good choice of Sri Lankan spicy dishes, for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff was very friendly. As a heritage building, it is charming with large rooms.

Really charming place. Great location. We had three good rooms, and a cozy courtyard. Our hosts were always available to help us with anything. Every morning they served freshly made Kerala breakfast, at a reasonable price. They were always smiling and approachable.
On our way onwards we all agreed - that place will be very hard to top.
Absolutely amazing food, great location as in the hotel is located just next to the lake. So pretty windy and romantic cozy place. Nothing much to do other than enjoy the breeze. The property is small and a quick get away for a day or 2. Staffs are good, especially mr. Alan Santhosh.
