Great location, amazing facilities and the most comfortable beds.
An excellent place to stay if you have a young family: camper vans, campers, glampers, b&b, cottages and even an old railway carriage converted into sleeping accommodation.
The breakfast was fantastic, a huge choice of both cold and cooked food. The house looked out over a lovely view of green countryside, a mountain and a lake. And the hosts were very welcoming but took care not to be intrusive.
Plethora of accomodations; room, cabin, yurt/tent and even the boat looked cute. Was booked in for a shared bathroom but was told I'd been moved to an ensuite. Didn't use the bar or fire but looked nice. Staff very friendly, even lending a phone charger when mine broke.
Breakfast had a good selection of pastries, cheese, meat, yogurt, toast etc.
Nice views, property was very comfortable. Very welcoming and cosy. All the facilities you could possibly need. Out of main town but still close to local amenities. Owner was a lovely woman and vey pleasant
The Wild Atlantic Lodge was perfect. We were a family group of 4 couples and 3 adult children and the property was more than adequate to cater for us all very comfortably. The house is truly amazing and very well fitted out. The hosts Lesley and Bryan have put a lot of thought and effort into providing a beautiful place for guest to come and enjoy their stay.
