We had a lovely few days in Carrick-on-Shannon. The townhouse was very central and really big. The terrace was a massive bonus! Fiona (the host) was very helpful and gave us a lot of info re local places to eat and things to do. We will definitely be back 😊

A lovely find! great location, room was cosy and comfy, gorgeous little toiletries and tea,coffee, oj yoghurt etc for breakfast 😋 the girls were very welcoming, parking easy. Will definitely be back 😊
Well, everything. This beautiful old home has been utterly and lovingly restored by a welcoming and wonderful host. Every detail from the careful décor to the welcome scent of a peat fire somewhere was charming and comfortable. There was even a nice guitar and whistle on hand, so we had some fun.
Loved everything. Beautiful olde worlde house, lovingly restored by Kate, the fabulous host. Kate couldn't have done more for us. Watched the rugby in front of turf fire in the very comfortable lounge. Everywhere you look are artifacts and antiques from a bygone era. The breakfast was so good.. and the best coffee. The house is spotlessly clean, bed so comfortable, beautiful views of the countryside. Thanks Kate, a great lady.
Hartley House is a charming property set in the tranquil Leitrim countryside a stones throw from the River Shannon. Kate warmly greeted us on arrival and provided refreshments in the form of hot drinks and apple pie with ice cream! Kate was a fountain of information, a great craic and certainly the hostess with the mostest! We had an excellent nights sleep in a comfortable room, with nice touches e.g. fresh fruit. The breakfast in short, was superb!
Potters Lodge is a peaceful relaxing accommodation where you can close the door and relax . As you light the log burner and sit back with a relaxing drink enjoying the countryside and sunsets through the picturesque large window or relaxing in the courtyard with a nice drink and great company .
The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Potters lodge is a great getaway and travel base to many great towns lakes and other landmarks. Ruth the owner is great and very helpful.
