Breakfast not included but that is okay. It was self catering and plenty of places around for breakfast. Host gave code for key lock box and it was very easy to use.
The house is beautiful, very well decorated, beautiful furniture and everything you could possibly need in a holiday home,
It was quite obvious that this host takes pride in the home. Beds were fab, bedding and towels were immaculate. The house itself was extremely clean. There was a support person on site if we needed anything.
While there was facilities such as oven, washing machine etc, we had not used them,.
The area is on doorstep of Bunratty Castle and folk Park which is a place that's very well worth visiting, and beautiful restaurants/bars. JP Cl;arks, is well worth a visit as is the Creamery and Durty nellies.
It's hours drive to Galway and Hours drive to Doolan Cliffs of Moher, and both are well worth a visit.
Great area for exploring that side of the country.

The house was really lovely and plenty of room in the living area. The beds weren't the comfiest, but no complaints as I still got a decent sleep.
The location is superb, Bunratty is a beautiful village with a couple of really great pubs. The castle is worth a visit too.
Would definitely recommend the property.

The accommodation was really clean and well equipped. There was a nice view from the place. The owners were super friendly.
Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
We had such an amazing stay at the Carriage Houses, it exceeded our expectations. The owners are amazing, providing for all our needs, as well as giving great recommendations for dinner and sightseeing activities.
The facilities were more than expected, and being in the countryside was so relaxing and enjoyable. We will definitely come back on our next trip to Ireland.
The room was very cozy and very clean. The breakfast was delicious. You had 3 different choices of breakfast to choose from. plus fresh juices ,coffee, tea, and fresh fruit platter fresh bread , muffins and cheeses etc, etc…
As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed by lovely Lorraine, the owner of this large home in the countryside, a 5 min drive from Bunratty. Her hospitality was exceptional and we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Tudor Lodge is a comfortable, unpretentious facility, with a spacious lawn and a lovely view out over the countryside. The room was a decent size. The kitchen area is well equipped. Breakfast was continental style: croissants, soda bread, cereal, fruit, yoghurt etc., often a better choice for travellers than the full Irish fry-up. We were in Bunratty just for a night, meeting overseas visitors for the Medieval Banquet at Bunratty, and for this it was perfect.
Very clean and loved the decor (especially the chandelier). Liked the personal touches. Was nice to have the washer and the fireplace ... very cozy. Outside patio must be really nice in the summer months. Felt safe and love the location for restaurants, local shops, exploring and walks.
It was a lovely and cozy hotel. The room was clean and well equipped. The location is beautiful and very convenient, close to main road. There is a lot of space to hang around in the common areas with lovely fireplaces.
We met one of the owners, Dolores, the day after our stay for breakfast, she was very welcoming and she prepared an amazing hot breakfast, together with the buffet one that was impressive!
It was possible for us to go for self-check in (since we arrived quite late).
Room was cosy and comfy, clean, with ensuite bathroom with all necessary facilities.
WiFi was available and worked quite well.
Location was stunning, a bit outside Limerick but in an azing countryside scenary.
