Absolutely fantastic, the setting, the serenity, hosts Elsbeth and Andrew were out of this world. We chatted like old friends, they are so accomadating and down to earth, Oh AND THE FRESH MILK, to die for!!! Candy the cow was amazing, my wife enjoyed and cherished every minute with her. My wife and I can only but strongly recommend the accommodation, what a beautiful experience.

We’ve had a very nice stay in the super cute cottage that was attached to the main house. A great place from which to explore the surrounding area. The beds were comfortable and we loved the warm welcome with donuts, cookies, fruit and beautiful flowers.
Patricia and Harold are incredible hosts. We had a great time with them. Room was warm and cozy and breakfast was something unreal. Ask for the Benedict eggs, you won't be disappointed!
The studio was so cosy and comfortable. It had everything we needed and Elspeth and Drew were perfect hosts who went above and beyond to make our stay so memorable. We were treated to lovely fresh milk and eggs during our stay from the farm.
We did a trek on the private beach with the beautiful llamas and took a walk into Ballyshannon.
If you want a nice relaxed break away this is the ideal place to come. We will definitely come back again in the future and would highly recommend this wonderful little gem.
The property is unique and definitely one of a kind! It’s clean, cozy, in a great location and I’d happily live there. The hosts Elspeth, Andrew and their family were amazing hosts, they were efficient, professional and couldn’t do enough to make our stay one we wouldn’t forget. They were approachable, kind and full of knowledge about farming as well as the history and conservation of the local area.
We would definitely recommend staying at the Cuddly Cow or in one of the Shepards Huts they have too and we will definitely be back again!

A lovely cottage with a very welcoming and cosy atmosphere. We loved the setting and that it had its own entrance, so we could come and go undisturbed. Anita was a fantastic host and made sure we knew everything to make our stay a good one. Highly recommend.
Our stay at The Honeycomb exceeded our expectations! The cottage was clean, comfortable and very cosy with the host's personal touch visible. All amenities available for self-catering accommodation. Parking on-site. Will definitely stay here again if we have the opportunity!
