Spotlessly clean cottage, well equipped, great location in a small wood, and a very warm welcome. The log burner in the living room was a nice feature and there was a good selection of board games and books. Friendly, helpful host and we would absolutely stay here again in future, thanks Andi

Great hospitality, comfy and clean. It’s a converted garage but doesn’t feel like that and was roomy and tastefully furnished. Everything we could want was there.

Woodhill House is located on beautiful property and feels like a "country house". It's fun to look at the photos and items of family history. Our spacious room had a lovely view of the countryside. We felt welcome at check-in.
Lovely and cozy cottage, the host was super nice and the surroundings are stunning. The cottage is dog friendly which is a must for us and not easy to find in Donegal!
Woodhill is a very charming guest house with some period features, exceptionally friendly staff and a cosy fire in the bar in the evenings. The driveway to the house gives you the impression of arriving at a manor.
The rooms are clean and have a good size. Good breakfast, too.
I especially liked the porridge and the scrambled eggs.
It was excellent cottage with all the facilities! Really clean with beautiful views !
The best part were the hosts, they are the most helpful people we came across!
We had our car broke down and the hosts helped us so much be it calling for the mechanic or giving us lifts to the town, they really made sure that we face lil to no difficulties. Awesome experience! 100% recommend it. Lovely cottage and lovely people ❤️
It really exceeded my expectations. The fact that it’s in the countryside and having the water makes it idyllic, and the view from the room it’s just something else! The breakfast was amazing too!
Everything - the room was beautiful, very clean with lovely decor. Location is fantastic. Great selection for breakfast, loved the self catering aspect. looking forward to booking our next trip to Atlantic Lodge.
Everything!! So tastefully decorated, cosy and just like a fairytale cottage! Finishing touches of baked goods, a Christmas present and Christmas decorations on arrival was magical, so lovely to walk into!! Hot Tub was amazing, unfortunately only got using it one night due to Storm Barra, but it’s an excuse to go back!!! 😊
