The house was in a beautiful location, near the beach, with lovely walks and we enjoyed star gazing, bird watching and a great music session in a nearby pub. It was a lovely clean, spacious house with every home comfort available to us. The host was very accommodating and available when we had any queries.

This cottage is in the most fantastic location with stunning views of the sea and easy access to the local town. Very clean light, plenty of room and with good facilities. Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
Perfect cottage right beside the atlantic ocean. Quiet, very clean and the added bonus of a real fire to make it even more cosy. I will definitely be back!

Nothing, I made a booking in October 2022 and turned up to find booking. Com had not sent the booking information to Sykes Holiday Cottages. So was left on the side of the road with nowhere to stay

Very generous welcome hamper and lovely welcome sign. Lovely cosy place with beautiful views out across the countryside. I walked down to one of the beautiful local beaches and took an early morning dip. Fantastic way to wake up.

The owners are a really friendly, helpful couple who did everything to make our stay in Achill so unforgettable. We left feeling so relaxed and with lovely memories of Achill and the people there.
