Tho the toilet & pool needs a bit of touch up but it wasn't really a big deal. Our bedrooms & villa was kept clean and tidy everyday. We had left our clothes to dry on all the chairs available & we get back from our activities, the staffs had actually placed all of that neatly in drying racks they brought in. Agung & all the staffs in Asrina are simply the best. They ensure a smooth check in tho it's quite late and the staffs are really helpful. Thank you Agung & team for making our stay a comfortable and memorable one.

The relaxing atmosphere of the villa was on point. The staff was amazing very accommodating and nice, always available for me. The cleaning was great and the smell of the villa was superbe! Breakfast was served in the living room when I woke up. I will come back again for sure! Special thanks for the staff who made sure I was confortable and happy!
