    I liked the cosy and spacious pent house. The front desk staff (Ms Windy) was very friendly and accommodative. The food spread was good and the whole setting of the environment was superb.

    Our experience was good at the end thanks to very attentive and helpful staff, who helped us change from seafront room to seaview bungalow. The food from both restaurant is good and the view relaxing. Overall nice place to stay for 1-2 days if you’re looking for calm and peacefulness, but still needs major renovations.

    Variety of dining options within the resort. Chinese restaurant was excellent, terrace cafe had good options as well. Swimming pool was cozy. Shuttle service was excellent and Driver Abang Suyono was super understanding and helpful with our large group of kids. Holiday Inn Batam is a very family-friendly place and we enjoyed it a lot.

    The price is very good for what it is. The location is good. The employees were all very friendly. We rented a boat to go to another island and the two guys in charge of the trip were AMAZING and super friendly. The food is very good, the prices for the food are high but as a westerner they were OK. The bar besides the pool is very nice with a nice view. View from the cabins is good as well, I don't know why other reviews complain about this.

    The 'resort' (I guess that has its own definition) is well maintained (except see below). The bungalows are spacious. The pool and terrace bar are beautiful, also with views of the Singapore skyline and sunset. The free shuttle service from the ferry, also free shuttle to be picked up from the bungalow if you want. New pool towels. The staff is super friendly!

    It was a wonderful short trip away. The surrounding was peaceful with beautiful views of the landscape. Beautiful hills in the back drop of our stay. Children had lots of fun in the pool. The food was delicious. We had a bbq dinner buffet. The setting was cosy and romantic.The live station of fried noodles was amazing, tempted to asked his chef for his recipe. Staff were friendly and polite. Room is spacious.
