We loved everything about this place! Very peaceful and quiet, close to the lake, the owner is very helpful and friendly, the house has everything you need and more (jacuzzi 😊). We had a great time here and we will definitely come back. I highly recommend!

Everything, the location was excellent on a quiet street close to a row of good restaurants and within easy walking distance of the thermal lake. The rooms were comfortable, airy and clean and our host was extremely friendly and helpful.

I recently stayed at this fully refurbished cottage in Varvolgy, near Lake Balaton, and had a wonderfully relaxing experience. The location is ideal if you're looking for a peaceful getaway, far from the hustle and bustle, yet still close enough to explore the beauty of Lake Balaton. It’s a true escape into the countryside, offering all the quiet and privacy you could want. The only downside was that the bathroom and toilet doors couldn't be locked, which might be a concern for some guests.
Overall, it’s a great spot for those who appreciate nature and want to experience the typical rural lifestyle in Hungary. Despite the minor inconvenience, I would definitely recommend this cottage for a serene countryside retreat near Lake Balaton.

It is all we could expect for one night but you can spend more nights.It is cozy and comfortable and very clean.Great value for the money. The host Elisabeth is kind and she makes sure your stay will be pleasant. She recommended Bacchus rest at aprox. 1 km away. In the morning she made delicious fresh coffee for use complimentary along with some cookies. What e great energy! Thank you so much🤗❤️
The apartment is very well equipped, cozy, kids and pets friendly. The self check in and out gives you flexibility, and the host was kind enough to let us stay longer than the check out time. There’s a 10min walk to the lake and a good restaurant across the street. So literally everything you need.
Everything was great. We came with dog amd appartment is big enough even for big dog. Parking in front of appartment, clean, cosy. Great experience. It's located close to the lake in peaceful area. There is also nice place to walk a dog to a hill nearby.
Owners sent us useful information about lake Balaton and activities before arrival. We used them to plan our vacation.
Everything was great! Very good contact with lovely, kind owner. The check-in went perfectly, very quickly. The apartment is very cosy and functional. It is very clean and interiors are modern and beautiful. Comfortable sofa, big TV, the kitchen is just enough, good parking spot, huge backyard, outside there's a big table and benches with umbrella like in a pub. Totally no issues, a place to recommend for short and longer stays :)
