The property was super clean and very stylish. A great area for getting away from it all but a short walk from some tavernas, a supermarket and some lovely beaches. Lia was excellent to communicate with and we used her driver to get us to some tavernas a bit further an away.

The apartment is lovely very spacious and great interior. The location isnt near the beach, so you need to have a hire car if you stay at this residence. Amazing beaches nearby. We jumped in the car every day and visited a different beach then went for dinner. This is completely self catering. Pool lovely the kids loved it. Best beaches in zante in my opinion.

We had a 1 week stay at Zante Fiore Suites and it was PERFECT ! Location is superb, 20 min drive from the airport (some comments say it is difficult to find but honestly not at all) and parking right by the villas. There are 4 villas next to each other but they are really well separated from each other for privacy and we never saw our neighbors.
Hosts own the beach bar right below the villa (10 min walk / 2 min car), they are extremely helpful and nice people. By the way 100% recommend to go to their beach & beach bar (free sunbeds, good food, clean beach). You can also get food delivered from their restaurant to the villa (incl. breakfast)
The swimming pool is larger than it looks on the photos, about 6m x 3m which is more than enough for a nice swim for 2 people (which is lovely in the morning and evening in the summer)
The villa is very well equipped with airco (which smartly shuts down if you open the windows), and you wake up with a view of the pool and the sea :-) Table outside for breakfast with a view is nice
Cleaning service comes by daily (unless you tell them not to)

The bathroom sink and cabinetry was spacious. Balcony had a beautiful view. It was quiet and convenient for Vassilikos beaches. The room wasn’t uncomfortable. I used the couch for suitcases. Bed was ok. Room was cleaned daily. I like the restaurant onsite but since the breakfast buffet was so poor I had no desire to experiment with dinner there. I liked feeling safe with enclosed fence around the hotel.

The room was pretty nice, the shower cabin was very big. The cleaning maid came everyday and washed even the dishes. I liked the view from the terrace, the near little beach very nice, the fact the they sold water if you needed it. They had a big parking. It was a quiet place but with also many places to eat.
We highly recommend it!

The house is from stone so there was pleasantly even outside was hot. The airconditioning worked perfectly. We had 2 separate rooms each having its bathroom. Outside sitting with small private pool were cozy. Upper pool really cool. Nice personnel. Seaview.
We will never get tired of returning again and again to Liostasi Village! Far from the noise of the tourist crowd, but in close proximity to the best beaches of Zakynthos, the cozy houses are nestled among olive trees and oleanders. Everything you need for your relaxing vacation is called Liostasi. Special thanks to our hostess Dionisia for the attitude and hospitality!
The property is one of the most beautifully designed places we have ever been to. Every area, inside or outside, is made to feel cosy, comfortable, everywhere you look you see something beautiful. We loved the quiet of the place, the relaxing atmosphere, the wonderful staff (here I cannot state enough how amazing the waiters were), we loved the proximity to the sea and that you don’t have to go anywhere else to feel good or to enjoy special facilities.
Beautiful villa with nice pool & hot tub outdoors including outdoor shower under banana tree. Just wonderful. The location 500m from Nikolas Beach is also superbe and has many cosy authentic tavernas and beach clubs. Owner and personnel is very friendly and helpful. It was our second stay at the villa with the family and we will come back again for sure!
We felt like home. We liked the location, the room, the garden. Everything is made to make you feel very comfortable. The location is very cosy and romantic. We enjoyed a limonade made with fruits fresh from the tree. You can park your car in the yard, in the shadow of the olive trees. 10 minutes to the best beach - Banana. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable, everything being made to be practical. Very quiet. We would like to thank our hosts for the wonderful vacation they made possible for us.
