Private gated entrance with villa situated on a large plot with lovely patio areas. Villa was spotlessly clean and eloquently furnished to modern hotel standards. The views were incredible - we never grew tired of them and the sunsets over the bay were unbelieveable. Savvas was the perfect host and he provided a number of small luxuries to start our holiday off in a relaxing way.

Besides the fact that Emmanouel, the host was incredibly friendly, he provided us with all the necessary amenities, left water and food in the fridge. His wife even baked some nice pastry for us and we received delicious grapes from his garden. He was always helpful when we had questions and always easy to communicate with through WhatsApp. The two rooms and bathrooms were nice, rooms well equipped with AC and a confortable bed. The place is perfectly located with shops and nice restaurants around and the beach is also a couple of minutes walking distance. My family and I had a very pleasant stay and we would definitely book the place again if we would visit Pefkos another time.

The Villa was amazing with a beautifull pool, whirlpool and BBQ. We were a family with two kids and we enjoyed it very much. It's good to have a rental car to visit other beaches if you want to have it a bit more quiet.

Tasteful and modern villa located in a quiet area, undisturbed by nightlife and shops. You can easily stroll down to the beach for a swim in the ocean bringing just a towel, and then go back to lay in the sun by the villa’s private pool. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, such as Nicholas just up the hill, or others on the main street of Pefkos. Pefkos itself has small boutique hotels rather than huge resorts, which makes for a nice ambiance. We appreciated that each bedroom in the villa has its own bathroom, and the dining and living room area were a great place to watch the sun set over the ocean.
