It is not possible to park in the yard, but the street that goes up next to the pharmacie is ideal and it has always enough parking space.

The loft is really cool, hosts are as well - very friendly and open people, always willing to help with tips about the nice places to visit in Kavala. For me personally, it was not my first time in the city so I knew my way around, yet, it's nice to know that you can rely on them for info on where you can eat, which beaches are the best to visit, and not that crowded, etc. In general, the loft has everything needed for the comfortable stay of 2 people - a spacious main floor with a big enough bed, 2 armchairs next to the window for chilling, a TV with Netflix, and all kinds of electrical appliances you might need - including iron, kettle for heating water and a coffee machine with capsules. The bathroom is also quite spacious with everything you might need. The second semi-floor is also cool although we didn't use it at all cause we were only two people, I guess there you can easily place a bed for a child (if needed).
The location of the place is also quite good - walking distance from the main street (Omonia) (2 minutes), walking distance from the main restaurants and squares (10 minutes) - naturally, if you want to visit the cool beaches nearby the city you have to go by car or taxi - otherwise, you have at disposal the city beaches at walking distance (but I wouldn't recommend those to be fair - just 20 mins by car you have much better places). Also, there is a parking spot, around 2 minutes from the location (and based on availability you might be able to park even in front of the place but that's not guaranteed).
In general - very good spot if you want to explore the city, visit the main sightseeing spots around, etc. Would recommend it 100%.

We are extremely happy with our stay at the house. I've never seen a cleaner guest house. There was absolutely everything you might need during your stay, from toilet paper and lady pads to new bath and kitchen sponges, plates, cutlery, appliances, absolutely everything. The owners had even left for us some water and breakfast supplies in the fridge. Every room is air conditioned. There are mosquito nets everywhere. I was happy to see there was a broom, vacuum and mops, as we were with a baby and a small child and they can make quite a mess. There is enough space for three cars in the garage and the alley. The hosts were very pleasant and it was really nice to chat with them. We highly recommend staying there!

The apartment is very cosy, clean with everything you need. The private beach is really nice and a few steps from the apartment.We spent a vacation for the second time there and it was very relaxing.
We loved the location (our room was just over the sea) and the food was delicious with many choices for every meal. The room was fine and very clean (the towels were changed every day and the bed linens every 2 days), the bed was very comfortable and there was a/c everywhere. The bungalows are surrounded by beautiful gardens, the sea is very clean, calling you to jump in any time of the day. Last but not least, the personnel is always smiling and available for our needs. We are definitely coming back!!
