Everything! We had the fortune of being the first guests at Villa Baldin and what an unforgettable experience it was.
We were welcomed with a basket full of their own fresh produce, which tasted delicious. The property is immaculate and made with a lot of attention to detail and impeccable taste. We loved the outdoor shower. The kitchen is sleek and is equipped with everything you could imagine. The view over chochlakoura cove is to die for - also at night when the stars come out. Crystal clear waters that you can comfortably access through the private beach.
Tommaso is a great host, super responsive and accommodating.
All in all, Villa Baldin for us was like paradise, we will definitely be back!

Very cozy apartment with a private terrace, spotlessly clean and fully equipped - there was everything from washing machine to microvawe, coffee machine, strong WiFi etc, even bottled water, Greek coffee and wine awaiting me in the fridge. There's no AC but the ventilators cool down the rooms on a comfortable temperature. The host was very kind and responsive, the check-in and check-out flexible. The apartment is situated in the village next to a school (there's a beautiful view of the bay and the port from the school yard), kind neighbours, the port, supermarket and restaurants can be reached on foot in a couple of minutes. You can also reach less populated beaches on foot in about half an hour.

i have nothing but positive things to say about our stay!We were a family of 6,4 adults and 2 kids and the house was big enough for all of us,the view is breathtaking,and the little Donkey living in a field nearby was my kids favorite thing!the house is completely equiped with everything,for household staff for cooking,even a laudry to use! When it comes to Litsa,the owner and her loving family,what can we say?She came to meet us in the harbor,her amazing cousin Manolis helped us to go to the beach while our aparment was getting cleaned and her lovely mother called a taxi for us to go back to the apartment.In general, i highly recommend this place for the whole experience,we are going back for sure,thank you for everything Guys!!!!

absutely amazing renovated house, huge garden, totally quiet and private, wonderful beds, many appliances, all new, we where the lucky first guests, all beautifully set up, very pleasant outside terrasse, beautiul hangout and place under a magic tree, flowers and figs. Location was good with easy access to all the beaches, restaurants etc. on the island - Lipsi is a very walkable island.
The room was cozy and simple and had everything you needed. The room was spotlessly clean. A nice cafe and bakery was just a few steps away so it was easy to have breakfast there. The host Michalis was very helpful and helped us with our luggage.
The house is comfortable and cozy with a very nice veranda and garden. It is quite and overlooking the whole village of Lipsi. We loved the local food and wine offered by the hostess waiting for us upon late arrival!
The studios (blue and white) are set in a most delightful, pretty garden with pink bougainvillea and lemon trees. So relaxing to sit here looking out over the countryside. The walk through the little village to the harbour front is only 5 minutes. I loved the walk through the traditional village. I would definitely return here, just perfect.
The room was really cozy and the terrace perfect for breakfast or aperitif looking at the sea. The apartment was located near the port and the taverns but in a quiet street.
