Andrea the host was extremely friendly, helpful and kind. He was especially helpful whenever there was a problem, attending immediately and often going beyond his remit.
The villa was superb and perfect for our family of four but could easily accommodate two more adults or children. The pool was pleasant, the views lovely, parking nearby, the jacuzzi was amazing especially the ability to play music through Alexa.
The beds were comfy, the area quiet and the local town (Mastichari) a lovely place to wander, eat and even shop.
Would really recommend Paraside Beach for those with young kids.

The host was very hospitable and welcomed us with drink and fruit. The communication with the host was also very smooth, she was always very helpful and let us check in and check out according to our arrival and departure time. She also changed our sheets and cleaned the house in the middle of our stay. We were very touched. She even sent us the things we left in the room to us. We are very satisfied with the owner and the house. It was a comfortable stay and we didn't lack for anything. So we give it 10 points and highly recommend it.

The property was located perfectly, not far from the arrival port and not far at all to the airport. It was spacious, clean and had all the amenities needed. The owner came and collected us from the port, we were 7 ppl with a lot of luggage and he did two trips for us. He also arranged a taxicab for us in the morning.

One-of-a-kind location. Situated directly at the sea shore with nobody else around. Very nice house with wonderful veranda (on 2 sides of the building). Very well equipped. Nice, but nevertheless functional furniture.
Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
Everything was great about this house. We had amazing time and priceless memories with my friend. We felt like we were living in our own space, it was so cozy environment. Nice, quiet, clean and great location. I definitely recommend this house!
Quiet, cosy, clean. A balkony with morning sun. Perfect for us who like to explore the destination by car. Exceptionally clean. Lots of tv channels, good wifi. Easy to park. About 100 m from the nearest bus stop. Within easy reach (by bus or car) from Kefalos village.
The apartment was spotless well equipped if self catering and very comfortable. The property’s location is fabulous 3mins walk to the beach! At the seafront turn left to walk to the ruins, turn right to walk to the harbour. Each way has fabulous sea views and family run tavernas to stop at for a meal or an ouzo😉 The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. Nice pool and eating/bar terrace☀️☀️
Everything was absolutly great, the location was fabulous, nearby some very nice, not croudy beaches, (Kohilary, Paradise, Vulcania...)the house is in very quite place, and it is very spacious, cosy house with a 4 terraces and very nice host Nicolaus, he broughts us his home made products: delicious tomates, honey...and he was all the time available for advise or suggestion. We had a great time and if we decide to come back to Kos next year, we will stay here definitly.

The location couldn't be better, right on Kefalos beach, with wonderful shaded terraces for breakfast or just relaxing all day, with beautiful views across the bay and the romantic little island opposite.
The room is nice and cater for all your needs, with a large fridge and free safe, the bathroom is modern, the beds and pillows are comfortable and the staff and management are on hand to meet your every need. It's a really nice and friendly hotel where we can't wait to return again!
I traveled to Kos with my 19-year-old daughter. The place was just right. Cozy, beautiful, safe and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast had a lot of options. The room was cozy, even better than I expected. I think the place deserves more stars. The next time I go to Kefalos, this will definitely be my choice. If they have room. I now understand why they are almost always sold out.
Oh we loved it all!, beautiful hotel, we had a lovely room with a hot tub, perfect for early and later season visits! All rooms have lovely views, pristine clean, with a lovely buffet breakfast, room service was anmazing and as for the staff can’t do enough for you!
