The villa was so relaxing and well set up. We used it as a base for 3 nights and wished we could have stayed longer. A great bakery and supermarket nearby. Rather than be in the hustle of a city, it was good being in the countryside.

Wonderful location surrounded by olive groves and mountains, with a lovely pool. The two villas have been thoughtfully designed to give privacy to each villa, and are set in spacious grounds. The views from the house are beautiful. It takes just 15 minutes by car to reach Rethymnon, or to reach Plakias and some of the south coast beaches. The village has an excellent bakery with attached supermarket and fresh fruit and vegetables and an excellent taverna. Spili, with cash machine(s), supermarkets, tavernas and cafes is just a few minutes drive away. The house is comfortable and spacious and has dishwasher and washing machine and lots of hot water. The WiFi is good. If you like cheese, there’s the added bonus of an excellent shop selling locally made cheese just a few paces from the house.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa! Its location is perfect, just a short distance from the heart of Rethymno, making it very convenient to explore the city while enjoying a peaceful retreat. The outdoor area is simply stunning, with a beautiful bio garden full of fresh vegetables—such a unique and enjoyable feature. Inside the villa, everything is well thought out and fully equipped with all the necessities, making it a very comfortable and relaxing place to stay.
One of the standout aspects is the serene and calm atmosphere, perfect for those looking to unwind. The hosts were incredible—extremely kind and helpful. They went above and beyond, even cooking for us, and I highly recommend trying the breakfast. It was excellent, with fresh and delicious ingredients. The owner organised a taxi to pick us up and due to a delayed flight and late arrival. He provided food for us when we arrived and other welcoming treats like homemade honey. The location was great - located in the old town and near the beach. The jacuzzi was a wonderful addition and the property had several balconies to chill out in. We had a lovely holiday and would highly recommend.

Everything! Clean, authentic renovated village home with cooking facilities. I could really imagine bringing my family here on another trip and staying for longer. Manolis welcomed me with open arms and was such a kind hearted man who had jam, fruit, liquor waiting for me. His beautiful wife Antonia who i didnt get to meet gave me dolmades and yemista and they both went above and beyond for my short stay. Loved listening to village life from the terrace whilst eating my dinner.
