From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warmest hosts – a lovely young couple with their two adorable children. They made us feel right at home, welcoming us with a charming basket of freshly picked vegetables straight from their garden (which is conveniently located next to the house), along with bread and wine waiting in the fridge – a perfect touch!
The house itself? Spacious and exactly what we hoped for, equipped with every comfort imaginable. The kitchenette had all the utensils and accessories you could need, and the refrigerator was massive! Everything was immaculately clean, with a fresh, new feel that made our stay so comfortable.
Anytime we needed help, the hosts were quick to respond and assist, making sure our experience was nothing short of perfect.
I’m beyond impressed and would recommend this beautiful home to anyone looking for a welcoming, relaxing getaway!

Everything was OK, it's a closed private complex of villas. The beach is very close, there was big umbrella and chairs provided by the host. Very few people at the beach, so it's awesome for a quiet holiday. Would definitely go again.

Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
Great place with clean and comfortable rooms. The hosts are very kind. The beach is clean with fine sand and the sea is all shades of blue. Romantic and creating a sense of Greece. I would visit again.
Very nice, clean, and cozy place next to the beach of Kalamitsi. There is a parking area and a cute backyard with a barbecue. Our room was on the third floor, and we had a beautiful view.
Perfect place, the family that runs the place does everything with such kindness to make us feel amazing. They treated us to desserts at the house's expense, and even brought us a gift of a jar of honey at the end of our stay - so charming and not obvious. The food in their restaurant was amazing, a beautiful beach with clear water, it was really perfect. I wish we could have stayed longer and we will definitely be back.
We loved absolutely everything! Bungalow was clean, and our towels and bedsheets were changed during our stay. Very calm and relaxing atmosphere. Beach is just around the corner. We will definitely come back.

A very clean and cozy room at a good price. The balcony with view to the sea is a great extra. The host was very friendly and allowed us late check-out. The beach is just few minutes away and is one of the best beaches in Sithonia in my mind. Quiet area, a great place to relax and enjoy life. Strongly recommended!
Perfect location, Dimitra (the host) is very nice and the bungalows are not luxuries, but nice and clean and perfect for a family holiday. We have been visiting fro a few years now and we go again!
