We loved the Ivy Villa! What a lovely piece of Paradise! The owner met us in town & we followed her to the Villa, she gave us a traditional Greek aperitif & pastry (YUM) along with 3 different local grapes. The Villa is on an orchard, with grapes, pomegranates, lemon & olive trees! We had fresh pomegranate and lemons daily! She also drove us into Heraklion, to show us the town!
The accommodations were VERY COMFORTABLE, with couches, dining room, plenty of comfortable outdoor areas to sit, in or out of the sun. The pool was an added bonus to the experience! An outdoor shower as well as beautiful plantings, flowers & bushes, etc. All appliances worked & it was clean with plenty of hot water. It’s in a good location, you need a car, it’s outside the city, but very close to city, museums, sites. We’d definitely stay there again.

I loved the place. Fittingly to the name - it's a cottage in an olive grove. It has its history. Very well kept, very convenient. If you wish to visit Knossos, this is the best place to stay, 8 minutes drive from the Palace

Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
The apartment is very charming, modern and well equipped. Everything was in great condition and clean. It is also quite spacious for two people. The host was very helpful and answered our messages pretty quickly. Self chick-in and check-out was also very easy and pratica, specially because our flight got delayed and we arrived in the middle of the night. The apartment is also well located, close to a beach and a restaurant.
Had a bungalow with private pool. Quite a lot of space. Pool size was as expected. Daybed really comfortable. The dinner was nice and you always got enough to eat. Really, really nice staff - always friendly and helpful. Big supermarket close to the hotel. Bus station and daytrip pickup (Get your Guide) only across the street. When checking in you get asked about any allergies so they prepare special dishes for dinner.
Cosy and clean room in a very nice location only a few meters away from the beach of Amoudara. Owners, both Mrs Anna and Mr Yiannis were very polite and helpful. Definetely a suggestion for everyone looking for accomodatuion in Heraclio.

Nice hotel with nice cozy clean rooms. We stayed at all inclusive base, the food was really excellent. beer was OK, other drinks like coctails and short drinks OK as well.
Very friendly staff, cozy beach bar and located right at the beach. Buses to the city center are essentially also right in front of the door and so are other restaurants and kiosks.

Super cosy bed, beatiful bungalow, great shower, always accessible swimming pool for morning swimm, friendly staff, rich breakfast. Bus 25 min dor to door to Heraklion city. Perfect.
the place is very cozy and charming , close to the beach . there are lemon trees and plenty of flowers surrounding the building . The lady and her daughter where very welcoming and sweet .
