Location was a two minute walk to a sandy beach so very easy and convenient. There were three bedrooms that could easily sleep 4 people each plus two bathrooms so there was plenty of space for our group. The kitchen was big and had everything to prepare our simple meals and it opens to the outside area which was so nice! I really liked the large terrace upstairs which made a great place to work from. The hosts were very attentive and we thank them for a lovely stay!

We really enjoyed our time in Sesil. the house is very practical with many options to hang clothes and put your things, even a small closet! it’s cosy and has 3 air conditioners. the kitchen is very well equipped, and the garden is simply magnificent with comfortable street furniture, a big umbrella and beats banana trees. we also found an umbrella for the beach and a handy beach mat. It was our 3rd time in Kaprovani and the best stay. we would definitely be back and recommend it highly.

A great house with a lot of space for a big family. It has 4 bathrooms, 2 of them attached to the bedrooms, which makes it easy and comfortable. The house has everything what can be needed during the vacation - kitchen items, a big bbg, beach items etc. The hosts were friendly and very flexible. We also had one cleaning during our stay. It is located in a calm area, just very short walk away from the beach. It is in the walking distance from the shop and few restaurants (which are not in google maps). We can only recommend it - thanks for everything!

I visited Grigoleti dream house with my friends from London and Ireland. The experience overall was a 10/10. Starting from the minute we arrived at the property, greeted by the host who was very welcoming! The location of the house is incredible, we had a private beach all to ourselves. The host was very responsive when we had any queries and gave us great recommendations. Cant wait to return with my family next time!

I was very much amazed of the warm and friendly atmosphere of the place. The hosts (a young couple) were super helpful and the place was cosy and clean. The beach is 3-4 minute walk. There are many shops, fruit/veggies stalls and cafes around. You can also easily reach Batumi, Kobuleti, Poti if you're interested - there are sprinter buses which go to those destinations. Satisfied 100%!

The best hotel on the coast. The apartment is perfectly furnished, very beautiful, cozy design, and all the details are quality.
The owner of the Hotel Leonardo is an incredibly hospitable person and even treated us to a delicious barbecue. With all my heart I recommend this place, and we will definitely come back here!
Since the hotel was still under renovation, we were offered cottages, which were nice. The host was very kind and attentive to our wishes. I had already read other reviews about the breakfast, and it was indeed pleasantly surprising. Thank you for the lovely stay; when we are in Ureki, we will definitely choose this accommodation again. Very pleasant cottage in ~600 m from the beach, with simple, but neat rooms. Cozy corner for the rest outside. The hostess is so friendly and hospitable!
