I visited Grigoleti dream house with my friends from London and Ireland. The experience overall was a 10/10. Starting from the minute we arrived at the property, greeted by the host who was very welcoming! The location of the house is incredible, we had a private beach all to ourselves. The host was very responsive when we had any queries and gave us great recommendations. Cant wait to return with my family next time!

Location was a two minute walk to a sandy beach so very easy and convenient. There were three bedrooms that could easily sleep 4 people each plus two bathrooms so there was plenty of space for our group. The kitchen was big and had everything to prepare our simple meals and it opens to the outside area which was so nice! I really liked the large terrace upstairs which made a great place to work from. The hosts were very attentive and we thank them for a lovely stay!

Clean and pretty cottage located in a quaint village overlooking Stepantsminda. The location is serene and rustic and the cottage has a nice, elevated balcony overlooking the valley below. Parking is available on the road just outside the house.

For a short stay, it would be reasonably comfortable for up to 4 adults. For 3 adults, it is very comfortable and for 2 adults, it would be perfect even for weeks on end

I like the location, clean and beautiful rooms. Interior is very nice and cozy. The hosts deserve a special mention, stay here is more than just rest on the sea, in this hotel is a warm and family situation.

Very caring hostess. Changed due to an uncomfortable bed to a better room. I liked that on the sea shore, there are sunbeds and towels for the beach. Food is prepared in the hotel, very cozy and various lounge areas.
This is budget accommodation: and excellent value for money. My room, on the second floor, had a bathroom, a balcony and big comfy bed. All I needed, after a long drive. The hosts are charming; they don’t speak English but Google Translate speaks Georgian, so all was well.
Unusually for this area, the property takes credit cards - for me, that's a big plus and the reason I stayed here.
