The cottage was fabulous , all the extra touches , everything you needed was there , milk sugar coffee teabags they had thought of everything , lovely open fire (which we didn’t use because it wasn’t needed at our time of visit ) cannot fault the cottage at all ,, amazing and perfectly located , the bed was so comfortable and all the appliances quality ,,absolutely loved it will be back for sure

This property was amazing! The attention to detail was wonderful. On arrival we were greeted with a lovely message and freshly baked cake, the heating was on creating a cosy feel as you walked through the door and we were given a selection of toiletries for our stay. The property was extremely clean and tidy, amazingly resourced and in a perfect location. We loved it!

It is a beautiful 17th century, stone built cottage in an absolutely beautiful village. There are a couple of shops, 3 pubs with in 1 min walk. The property is well maintained and tastefully decorated. Excellent kitchen, dinning room and lounge. All 3 lovely bedrooms are doubles, one is on the ground floor if you have anyone with accessability issues it's perfect. Location wise it's very close to Bakewell, Buxton and matlock. There is a bus that serves the village that goes to all 3. We will return.
