It was lovely, so much better than booking a tiny hotel room. we also got a lovely basket of goodies on arrival. it was immaculately clean and so comfortable to stay there. The pool table and games were a brillliant added extras. If we ever need to visit the area again we will book straight away.

This is the cosiest night away, the location it’s at is beautiful, farm animals, people who live in the beautiful cottages are all friendly. I took my partner for a night away after struggling with mental health and it’s really made his day, the beautiful barn wow where do I start, you get everything and more. As you walk in it smells gorgeous. The bar is equipped with the tools you need if you fancy making a cocktail, the board games you have we played were really nice. The kitchen is perfect cupboards filled with everything you need, we took a walk down the road and seen the lamers, horses and sheep it really ties into the theme of the bar. The bed in the master bedroom unbelievable comfy, the pillows you just sink into, the little added details with having a coffee machine with the pod’s as well as tiny little things like a lighter to light the candles. The fairy lights outside making the hot tub that extra cosy for what you pay you definitely get more than you ask for, I say up your price, the people that own it are doing there job unbelievably beautiful. 10/10 stay and we will certainly be back.

Stayed in Bramble Cottage for 3 nights. Can highly recommend. The location was great, and the accommodation was superb. 3 great size bedrooms....very comfortable beds. All facilities were 5 star 🌟 and the hot tub was an added bonus.
Apartment was absolutely stunning in such an amazing location 2 mins walk from the charming Yarm High St with its abundance of lovely restaurants, wine bars and traditional English pubs.
We loved that the apartment was stamped with the owner John’s personality and sense of humour.

Buttercup cottage was absolutely stunning. Fantastic hoast Free parking is always a bonus, really, comfy bed stunning en suite, It had everything we could have asked for. We had a perfect romantic stay, central to all amenities, lots of bars and restaurants, the muse is right on the door step fantastic breakfast, if you have never been to yarm don't hold back get it booked you definitely wont be disappointed, we hope to return in a couple of weeks thanks again 😀
Cottage was perfect for us. Very clean, lovely setting. Tea/coffee provided on arrival. We called on arrival and cottage was open with keys inside. We stayed in Bramble cottage - 2 lovely en-suite bedrooms and a third twin room and further bathroom. Plenty of seating. Outdoor space with hot tub - very private.
