Everything was wonderful, the property, the hosts, the grounds, the added little details, milk on arrival, dressing gowns, slippers. The place was pristine ! The lodge location was perfect, pub 5 minutes walk and tourist attractions and the coast a short drive away. The Lodge itself was so clean, comfortable and quiet with its own outdoor space and stunning sunset view from upstairs.

The cottage was a great size for our needs, a great location to get to places to visit, and was really clean. It had all the essentials we needed to stay (I.e kitchen utensils and extra bedding etc)

The house is in a perfect spot, it’s peaceful with gorgeous views and plenty of parking.
We had a really comfortable room and bed and slept so well, then woke up to the most delicious breakfast.
There’s a guest lounge with a bar, pool table, darts and various games.
Everything you could ever want from an escape away and great value for money.

Kindness, friendliness of the hosts. We were treated like VIPs. Nothing was too much to ask. Izzy and Peter were very helpful and even prepared a small surprise for us in the restaurant room so we could have our takeaway diner (candle lights and decoration on our table included :-) ).
Lounge, open bar and pool table with Alexa (music) was cosy.
Very tasty home made breakfast always with a smile.

Everything was perfect! The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay cosy & comfortable ! We went with our 8 month old and they made everything so easy for us!
Exmoor house was spotless and very comfortable, our apartment had everything you could need, The owners Terri and Austin were very friendly and welcoming, we enjoyed being self catering but the option of ordering a breakfast was available if you prefer, we would not hesitate to book again😊
