Lovely house with necessary facilities and more! Great location. Perfect for our little stay.
Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
The Moorhead is situated in its own grounds in beautiful countryside. Rebecca, the landlady, was bright and helpful throughout my stay. Her breakfasts and packed lunches were enjoyable and healthy.
Excellent location for visiting Whixall Moss NNR and Llangollen Canal to see the wildlife. Cottage comfortably furnished, warm and clean, and more spacious than I realised from the photos.
The cottage was lovely, a really good peaceful location. Huge comftable bed, big bath and separate shower. The host contacted me prior to arrival with all the details to check in. We had a really relaxing break away. Would definitely book again.
An absolute gem of a place, situated deep in the beautiful Shropshire countryside with no sound of traffic. The room was immaculate, we received a wonderful personal welcome and the quality of the breakfast was exceptional. We went a lovely walk through the landscape directly out of the front door and enjoyed the peace and tranquility of the place. Idyllic.
