M6. Great stop over from coming down from Scotland and nipping into the lakes for the weekend. Sun room and balcony off bedroom was bliss enjoyed a couple of drinks in the evening sat up there. Play park right around the corner. Fantastic friendly pub with some great food and drink beer garden with play area right around corner from the property. Lovely little gated patio area great for letting dog out safely. Will be booking here again.

Absolutely gorgeous property, the view from the garden is amazing! We stayed here for the weekend when we got married at Eden Barn, it was absolutely perfect.

Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
The cottage was excellent. Extremely well kept and with all the facilities you need. The location was so quiet with off road parking for two cars.The bedrooms were an excellent size and the beds comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the lounge spacious.You will not find a better cottage to stay in.
My husband and I stayed at Brookfield House after our wedding last weekend. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed by the hosts, Martin and Pearl. They were incredibly kind and helpful. The house is beautiful, with a perfect blend of old-world charm and modern comfort. The hosts kindly offered us a free room upgrade. It was clean, cozy, and well-decorated, with a very comfortable bed. The surrounding area is also very tranquil and beautiful. We would highly recommend staying here.
Where to begin. What a beautiful place 😍 gorgeous cottage, all of its original features. Clean and smelled gorgeous. Huge garden, the host thought of everything.
I’ll start off by saying, what a wonderful cottage!
Very comfortable and cosy, the property was very clean with a cosy decor and feel. The rooms were a very generous size with comfortable beds, the property surprised us with the size of its rooms. Kitchen had everything you need and was open plan into the dinning area which was great. Having quite high standards I would say this cottage exceeded our expectations. When next in the area we will be staying here again.
