Huge beautifully maintained doggy proof garden. Situated in a beautiful little village full of thatched cottages, lovely private location and Amy couldn't have been more helpful. Very respectful of our privacy but always responded straight back via text if we needed anything. The roll top bath is such a lovely quirky feature and extremely luxurious! Garden was huge and completely ours for the week, nice peace of mind for us with the dog and the dog enjoyed exploring all the different sniffs. Lovely and much needed stay.

Just about everything. Debbie is an outstandingly good host. Our room was very spacious, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would strongly recommend The Hollies to anyone visiting Uppingham, which is a charming small town.

Absolutely delighted to find this little gem in an idyllic village, so much so that we have already booked again for next year too. Great little pub with rooms, our room was spacious and immaculately clean, with a large bathroom and lovely hot shower. Breakfast was great, and dinner was the best Indian meal I have ever eaten, simply delicious! The owners/staff were all charming, friendly and courteous at all times and ensured we had a perfect stay (thank you for finding me a phone charger for the weekend when I forgot mine)

I had a lovely stay at the Garden Hotel, which is homely, clean and very comfortable. The building and its surroundings are a treat, being located in Uppingham’s ancient centre, with a beautiful English cottage garden tucked alongside. My breakfast was delicious!
