Lovely place to stay in a beautifully quiet location. Tian was very helpful and the cottage was spotlessly clean. We could walk our dog in the field attached, which was brilliant. We were staying to attend a family party nearby and this was the perfect place. Very comfortable beds and good sized bathroom.

The property was truely fantasic so much so we booked another stay before we left with Kate and her husband. A real home from home highly recomended.
Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
Had such a lovely relaxing week, our 3rd time there and will be booking again.
Lovely quiet location, we loved the walks in the woods with the dogs and also loved Branscombe beach ( dogs did too )
As always we were greeted with some lovely essentials including a lovely chocolate cake and a freshly made loaf of bread.
The Hot tub was amazing and we had the best weather we could ask for.
Cosy and comfortable but lounge really cold in evening. Bathroom cold with only one small towel rail.
Location very remote and Sidmouth Arms a short 5 minute drive away. Not really walkable distance due to terrain.
Very clean, excellent chocolate cake and bread to welcome us! Lovely cottage and hot tub, this was our 2nd visit along with my furry friends and we will definitely be back! Lovely beach and woods walks as advised in the welcome book. Thank you so much.
