The house was a lovely place to stay, close to amenities. Ann, the host was exceptional as she made you feel so welcome with a personal touch. We had been traveling for hours only to find milk in the fridge, fresh bread, fruit, biscuits, smoothies for the kids. Such a lovely gesture. Thank you Ann, we will be back again. X

Comfortable and well maintained, with all the things we needed for our stay. Enjoyed sitting out in the garden in the sunshine! Great location - both the small market town itself and as a base for exploring the area.

Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
Absolutly cracking place to stay & I would highly recommend. The property was spotless & catered for all our needs. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash & toilet rolls provided in both ensuites plus washing up liquid etc which is rare in self catering. We all enjoyed seeing the farm animals & the grandchildren loved stroking the pony & cows. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.
