The owner was always reachable and friendly if anything was needed or for advice, great location with a short drive to the starting points, loads of places near by to go. The house it's self was fantastic, really well equipped, clean and has a really nice cottage type feel to it, my wife and I loved every min of our stay!

Very clean and honestly looks exactly like the pictures. Such a stunning place to be at, wish it was my own house!! LOVELY staff honestly so helpful and so welcoming. Netflix was kept on for us to watch which was amazing!! Tv was huge in the living room and the sound quality was brilliant. Lovely little cottage good parking for 2 cars outside.
Nice walk down the cycle path and tunnels very close by.
Good location for snowdon walk (30min drive) and 5 mins to zip world.
Hot tub and firepit in garden, as stated garden is very steep not ideal for children or small dogs.
