The location is perfect, only a short stroll into Buxton. The hosts were just lovely, and you can tell they have put a lot of love into the guest house The breakfast has to be the highlight, plenty of choice and all cooked fresh to our liking.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. Everything was perfect. Gorgeous accommodation, just what was needed after a very long drive from North Wales. The suite had everything guests could possibly need and lovely little touches from the coffee pods to the robes. Outstanding cleanliness, quality of the furnishings and communication. Everything was perfect. Lovely cottage, very clean, good communication from host about checking in and some nice tips on local shops and restaurants. Nice views from the front terrace which gets a good bit of sun in the afternoon/evening. Tideswell is a nice village, quiet but with everything you need re shops/restaurants/pubs within walking distance. And some great walks and hikes in the area.
Lovely cosy cottage with old features and nice quiet location. The pub opposite does amazing food and nice picnic benches on the village green to sit and relax with a glass of wine. The property had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean.

Was a quirky cottage which had sympathetically modernised. I had never cooked on an Aga before so that was a whole we experience (good and fun)!
Location was almost perfect - we had four lovely walks - Mam Tor and Kinder Scout were the highlights but a kcal walk in Buxton and Miller’s Dale were also good.
Only downside was having to walk our dogs on leads as the delicate creatures they are they could not bring themselves to do what dogs do n the terraced garden!!
Loved Billy Whiskeys and would come back again.
The cottage was cosy with a great location in a charming village at the centre of the Peak District. I particularly liked the open fireplace in the sitting room
Lovely cottage in perfect location to tour the Peak District. Spacious kitchen and cosy living room. Hosts instructions were on point and made extra effort for children with games and puzzles available. In the kids room was a large single (almost double) and a bunk bed on top which ours loved. If we look to revisit the Peaks, this property would be our 1st choice!!
