The location was brilliant, the parking was great - plenty of space for 3 cars. The house is nice, clean, lovely kitchen. Garden was nice, and secure if you have dogs. Main bedroom with the ensuite is lovely.

We found the hosts welcoming on arrival. Sadly we didn’t have much time to explore the area but found our stay to be very peaceful. The cottage is vast with plenty of rooms for additional guests to stay and care had been taken to consider what guests may need during a stay.

Lovely modern exceptionally clean bungalow, so nice after a long journey to have a welcome of tea, coffee, milk and Welsh cakes.
Would highly recommend Folly Farm for an excursion and all the beaches around are fantastic.
I would also recommend that you book meals in advance especially at the Boars Head which is very popular and great for the kids (they turned away 3 groups on 20 minutes when we were there as it was booked up)
I had a cosy single room with en suite shower and toilet. The room was very clean and perfectly adequate for my needs. I particularly liked the sockets near the bed head so phone and I pad could be charged while using them sitting on the bed. Breakfast was good but would have preferred real coffee to instant in the cafetière. very convenient for evening meal at pub just over the road.
Chris is the best host. Warm, friendly and very accommodating. The room was clean and cosy, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great! Would highly recommend.
