Rose cottage was a lovely, comfortable stay... It had everything you needed, the grounds were lovely & it was an ideal base for touring around...
Tracy & Brian were very friendly & thoughtful... Tracy recommended a pub eatery. The Bell was a lovely place, staff were friendly & very accommodating when it came to my meal.. which I really did appreciate.. Overall, we had a great holiday & the weather was kind to us..Well, we didn't get a drenching ..xxx & it was mostly warm all week bar one day..xx

Lilac Cottage exceeded all expectations. It is beautifully presented. Clean and spacious with comfy beds and a fully equipped kitchen. Lots of little extras too which were a delightful surprise!

Location suited us perfectly. The cottage is self-catering, so no breakfast report. A lot of thought had gone into layout, decor, selection of crockery, kitchen utensils, bed linen etc and we’re recommending very warmly to friends and family
Such a lovely, quiet, rural location. Very peaceful even the geese kept fairly quiet ;) The cottage was so lovely and quaint, we loved the open fire. We had everything and more facility wise in the cottage. Suited our needs perfectly and would definitely recommend and visit again :)
