The property was wonderful. There were only two of us, and we had ample room to move about or have a moment of privacy. The private courtyard is the perfect place to read or do nothing at all. I also loved that the village was quiet and wasn’t crowded with tourists.

The cottage and location were superb. Very quiet and peaceful with beautiful views. A "home from home" decorated to our taste and very comfortable. So much to see and do in the surrounding area. Will be booking again for a longer stay next May!

What a fabulous property! Well appointed with all the details thoroughly covered. Gorgeous location, beautifully renovated cottage and wonderful tips and communication by the host. We stayed here with 2 adults and 2 young children, and it was perfect for country rambles and evenings by the fire. We made good use of the excellent kitchen and I enjoyed the modernised Aga experience, complete with cookbook and illustrated how-to guide. The lovely garden and outdoor seating were also put to good use given the surprisingly warm autumn weather. I can't recommend this property highly enough. Excellent value for money.
