Booked this place for a friends wedding, travelled 9 hours and couldn't have been happier to arrive here.
House was beautiful, very homely, and welcoming.
Hosts were fantastic, very helpful, and accommodating. Even offered us a lift to the wedding venue.

It was lovely, so much better than booking a tiny hotel room. we also got a lovely basket of goodies on arrival. it was immaculately clean and so comfortable to stay there. The pool table and games were a brillliant added extras. If we ever need to visit the area again we will book straight away.

We had a lovely stay for a weekend get-together with our group of friends. The place is a decent size, with double beds in each room. The kitchen living area was a great sized space with a big kitchen tabel to sit around. With plenty of games to enjoy!
We also enjoyed the fire pit outside and enjoyed a takeaway sitting outside.
The owners even decorated the place for our double engagement celebrations and left some treats for us as well, which was very kind!
Owners were very easy to communicate with and were on hand if we had any problems (we didn't have any, but it was great to know they were only a message away. Couldn't fault anything, Paul even gave us a few suggestions of places to go for food or drinks.
The property also had enough room for all 5 of our cars which was great with travelling as a big group.

This is the cosiest night away, the location it’s at is beautiful, farm animals, people who live in the beautiful cottages are all friendly. I took my partner for a night away after struggling with mental health and it’s really made his day, the beautiful barn wow where do I start, you get everything and more. As you walk in it smells gorgeous. The bar is equipped with the tools you need if you fancy making a cocktail, the board games you have we played were really nice. The kitchen is perfect cupboards filled with everything you need, we took a walk down the road and seen the lamers, horses and sheep it really ties into the theme of the bar. The bed in the master bedroom unbelievable comfy, the pillows you just sink into, the little added details with having a coffee machine with the pod’s as well as tiny little things like a lighter to light the candles. The fairy lights outside making the hot tub that extra cosy for what you pay you definitely get more than you ask for, I say up your price, the people that own it are doing there job unbelievably beautiful. 10/10 stay and we will certainly be back.

The house is immaculate, lovely and spacious, very clean, very well equipped, quiet and in a great location.
Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
Easy to find, just off A19. Convenient for us visiting family on Teesside and Co Durham. Small and cosy but very comfortable. Good parking place. Not too far from the seaside. Lovely nature reserve just round the corner. Good directions from the owner.
It was a nice cosy apartment which would have been reasonable value for money. The tv was very good and as was the Internet, reasonable parking. Kitchen was reasonably equipped, could maybe do with a toaster. Owner was very responsive and embarrassed by the issues.
