Really great campsite, the owners are really friendly, helpful and welcoming. The facilities (showers, toilets and kitchen area) are perfect and really clean. There is also plenty of room for the kids to kick a ball around. Although we stayed during a very windy storm we were still warm and cosy in the bell tent with the wood burner and plenty of blankets provided. Great location close to Whitby.

A lovely cottage in a great location. Always got parked very close by.
Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
Very helpful & friendly host. She provides great breakfast and also prepared delicious muffins for guests to take away. There is not much in the area but great walk/hike especially with dog friendly beach. The place is filled with quirky and interesting decoration, there is a nice cozy bar area for guests to chill in the evening. It comes with pool table & darts. Our room is very cozy & comfortable
Very modern.
Like home from home.
Kitchen well equipped.
Very cosy
Nice outdoor seating area.
There was 3 of us, 2 adults and a child, so size was perfect.
The cottage is exceptionally clean and very well equipped. There was nothing that we didn’t have. The outside area with hot and cold wash area for the dogs is such a good idea.
The cottage was lovely. Clean and comfortable. The location was great. Wonderful beach and walks on your doorstep. The surrounding area was also fantastic, Perfect place for quiet autumn break.
The cottage is lovely and cosy, clean and warm, with everything you need, the village is quiet and the walks are many and lovely. Handy for shops and pubs in nearby villages and the village bar is excellent for food, also visited cod and lobster, staithes, amazing
Lovely clean cosy cottage, beds were really comfortable, and sofa for relaxing in the evening, lovely modern kitchen with seating area in the back yard, beautiful beach just a few minutes walk away, close to plenty of walks ( Cleveland way) and some great pubs for food about 10 minutes drive away (badger hounds in Hinderwell & the Tiger inn at Easington) we especially liked.
