The cottage was very clean and the owner had thought of everything that we could possibly need. It was nice to have some private outside space. The host was very friendly and full of information.

The breakfast was really tasty, the service wasn't great. the person wasn't very enthusiastic or attentive. The room was beautiful but there was only one small bottle of shower gel. I feel for the money there should be fresh milk in the rooms for drinks and also a better quality coffee. We also felt that the check out time was also early and that it should be midday like a lot of other establishments. The house its self is beautiful and it is spotless and a great location into town.

We loved that the hot tub was ready on arrival,
We liked the decoration and home furnishings of the property.
We loved that there are 3 bathrooms and plenty of space in the property.
We liked that there was a good selection of kitchenware/glasses
Location albeit busy was near a local sainsbury supermarket amongst other facilities.
The house sits back on a main road but noise is very slight. Doesn't impact on sleep etc.
Beds super comfy, great to have little shower gels etc provided.

The little cottage is quaint & comfortable for a family of four. The Location is amazing - right on the river side with beautiful gardens for your own use. The hosts were lovely & made us feel very welcome even giving us a bottle of wine & a cake & the kids got Easter eggs.
The Hampstall Inn is literally a minute from the cottage, they do great food with reasonable prices.
Very cosy and spacious. Made to feel at home. Comfy bed also sofa and fridge in the room. Owners and family were really nice and made us welcome. Breakfast excellent and delivered to the room at the time we requested. Would definitely stay again when in the area.
very cosy and the owners couldn’t be kinder people. so caring and generous they even gave us a lift to the wedding we was going to. breakfast was spot on. fully recommend the stay.
The location was wonderful a working farm which we loved and a short walk in the evening to the local pub for dinner.
The owners were very welcoming and the accommodation comfortable and lovely views over the countryside.
We had a very tasty full English breakfast.
Really lovely open plan space. Surrounded my fields. Lovely peaceful location. Equipped kitchen, comfy ;lounge area, lovely sized bedroom and nice bathrooms. Nice sized garden, ideal if you have a dog and of course a decent hot tub which is always a good thing.
