The property was very clean and the bed was really comfortable with a good quality mattress. Good mixture of soft and firm. The little sofa was great with the added bonus of foot stools. Place was very quiet and felt very secure with the car being in an undercover car port and double gates closed. Loved the added touches of the welcome basket and free loan of beach equipment (windbreak, buckets and spades, etc). The location was perfect for travelling to local beaches and my favourite place, Padstow. Hosts met us at the gate and said hi if we saw them but didn’t intrude in anyway. Great place for a few days away to recharge the batteries.

The house was clean although a little worn and could have done with a facelift. It was comfortable and spacious but did not meet expectations nor did it truly reflect the description. Host seemed lovely although I didn’t meet them. Too many house rules for a holiday home such as signs in the bathroom advising you to use a toilet brush, and advised of deposit deductions for braking any of the rules.

The hut was perfect. Cosy, comfortable and everything you need for a couple of nights. Great location with easy access to the Camel Trail for cycling and walking. The hot tub was an added luxury to rest in after a day out cycling in this beautiful part of Cornwall.

Lovely lodge, well equipped with a very comfortable bed and other furniture. Kitchen was well equipped and lacked nothing. Private and enclosed garden, not overlooked.
Whitehouse lodge is the perfect place! The lovely owners greet you with the warmest welcome. The lodge is in an ideal location between Padstow and Wadebridge.
The lodge is spotlessly clean with quality modern furniture.
It has a fully enclosed garden with patio to do a spot of bird watching and relax.
