We went to chill, and be by ourselves, and that’s exactly how it was, nice to be able to cook on the fire outside as well as cooking availability inside the hut, bed very comfortable, seating area outside very relaxing, fire outside to light if the night air gets too cold, the hut is nice and warm, lovely shower, everything is there that you need. The ponies are beautiful and so photogenic 😊, a beautiful cat that is so friendly and welcoming, lovely walks on the clay trail, the owners can’t do enough for you, but also leave you to it. This is a place not to be missed, you really need to visit it, it’s what you need to get away and discover yourself and chill out away from everything. Beautiful 🤩

A hidden gem on a quiet street in a little village, it was like walking into a luxury apartment.
Beautiful decor & views were stunning.
Beds very comfy, loved the shower and the sofa was the perfect place to relax.
Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
Very comfortable, cosy and thoughtfully furnished in a perfect style for the type of accommodation. The interior was designed with an excellent use of space, with the bonus of the extra space in the summerhouse for eating and relaxing, and provision of cutlery, crockery and a microwave. I also enjoyed the small outside area attached to the hut planted with roses, which was a lovely setting for breakfast, especially with the birdlife around (I was treated to a song from a Wren sitting on the fence just steps away).
It was a lovely location and the shepherds hut was very cosy. We had everything we needed and the summerhouse was a very nice bonus. Thanks to our hosts for letting us stay in their accommodation. And thanks to the goats for not keeping us awake. A charming place.
glamping was fun, there was not only the shepherds hut, but a sun room too. the hut was cozy, with everything we needed provided by the host. a simple breakfast was provided for the first morning, and delicious biscuits to welcome us.
Very good location (for purpose of our visit). The Shepherds Hut was cosy, with kettle, good assortment of coffee, tea and hot chocolate and unexpected breakfast. The separate annex is very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was clean. Mandi has supplied everything you need to make the stay comfortable and hassle free! Two areas where you can sit outside with great views.
We had the best time at this lovely cottage. The cottage itself was beautiful, very cosy, very clean & comfortable. Our host was really welcoming & really went the extra mile to make our stay as wonderful as possible. We will definitely be coming back, this was the perfect getaway. Couldn’t recommend enough!!
Beautiful old cottage in immaculate condition. We picked the hottest week of the year to visit but the cottage has 2ft thick solid stone walls so was very cool compared to outside.
All the facilities were excellent and perfect for our Labrador. She had cool stone floors to lie on.
Fantastic stay at this lovely Cottage. nothing to dislike about our stay at Leghorn. it was immaculate and our host jane greeted us once we had arrived. excellent high quality facilities, janes attention to detail is evident..even fresh flowers on arrival and throughout the duration of our stay...its the little things that make this place a gem!....great enclosed garden for our dog too.
