The house was clean although a little worn and could have done with a facelift. It was comfortable and spacious but did not meet expectations nor did it truly reflect the description. Host seemed lovely although I didn’t meet them. Too many house rules for a holiday home such as signs in the bathroom advising you to use a toilet brush, and advised of deposit deductions for braking any of the rules.
St Petroc’s barns are just 10 minutes from the area commonly known as seven bays for seven days in the Wadebridge/Padstow area of Cornwall. The convertedbarns also feature free WiFi.

The property was very clean and the bed was really comfortable with a good quality mattress. Good mixture of soft and firm. The little sofa was great with the added bonus of foot stools. Place was very quiet and felt very secure with the car being in an undercover car port and double gates closed. Loved the added touches of the welcome basket and free loan of beach equipment (windbreak, buckets and spades, etc). The location was perfect for travelling to local beaches and my favourite place, Padstow. Hosts met us at the gate and said hi if we saw them but didn’t intrude in anyway. Great place for a few days away to recharge the batteries.

It was great location, max 10 min walk to the beach, on quiet street, the apartment was absolutely spotless, beautifully decorated, cosy & modern. We were taken aback by breathtaking view of the sea & sunset from the porch & bedroom. The host was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish and thoughtfully provided us with a guidebook with some local recommendations.
We surprised my mum with 3 nights here for her 60th and wow wow wow, Absolutely everything was perfect from start to finish and the house is absolutely beautiful. I will definitely be returning ☺ the house is only 5 mins away from the centre where u find all bars, shops, restaurants, amd amazing beaches etc. We went to aldi and cooked in the home and that was only 4 mins away too so perfect location. Garden and outdoor area are huge, hot tub, perfect 🥰 the views from.upstairs are just 😍 too

Well stocked kitchen for self catering, CoOp across the road (petrol station) which is also a reasonable sized supermarket with everything you could possibly need.
Easy bus ride or drive to Newquay and well located to reach everything you might want to reach in Cornwall.
It's a good location and the little hideaway was very cosy clean the best we've been in and everything you needed... the lady we met was very friendly and helpful we would definitely go again.
