Plenty of space and well-located, we had a great stay. Very well-furnished with a luxurious bathroom. Check in and out was easy. Great views from upstairs, and the large windows and skylights made the house light and airy. Great value too.

The cottage was smartly presented, fresh and clean with modern furnishings. Sofa and bed were very comfortable. Shower was fab with excellent water pressure. Facilities also include a newish washing machine, cooker and microwave available to use if required.

Little Karenza is well appointed, cosy and very comfortable accommodation. An ideal place to explore this beautiful, quiet area of Cornwall. Karen is an excellent host. She is friendly, considerate and thoughtful. Highly recommend Little Karenza.
A cosy home in a beautiful landscape, equipped with all necessary things for having a comfortable stay. We also had a tasty, self-made bred on arrival! Karen is really nice, the communication was very good and she gave us good recommendations for trips and destinations.
It's a beautiful house. Very cozy and clean. Had everything I could ask for. Lots of maps and magazines for tourists to plan a perfect tour in Cornwall. Lots of board and card games available in the house. It's a great location to visit south of Cornwall.
