Great value for money. Beautiful location, absolutely silent except for birds, loved it. The accommodation was spacious, clean, comfortable with a lovely quirky layout and bedrooms were nicely furnished with luxury feeling duvet covers and sheets. Very comfortable beds, but really creaky.

Good location although a lot of narrow roads just like most of the Lake District. Very quiet location and you can walk from the accommodation. Did most walking around the Langdales. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool which was lovely and warm. Great American fridge/freezer and comfortable cottage. 3 generations had a great holiday. Service was excellent when requested.
