Cosy but with good, modern facilities. We loved the conservatory and the garden especially. Lovely situation. Everything we could want in village with shops, pubs and restaurants. Beautiful countryside for walks.around the village. Peaceful and people friendly. Not far from coast and many inland attractions too.

The house was a lovely place to stay, close to amenities. Ann, the host was exceptional as she made you feel so welcome with a personal touch. The room was very comfy and beautifully equipped. The setting is amazing, a lovely place to stay.

The cottage is absolutely stunning. The scenery, the area and the decor really create such a calm, cosy atmosphere. The hot tub was a brilliant bonus. We loved the log fire. The little details of milk, orange juice and butter in the fridge and fresh bread waiting for us. The robes and slippers, everything was well thought of to create the best experience. Beautiful location with views over the hills for miles. Cottage fully equipped with everything you need for a self catering stay. Close to Richmond for shops, eating out. The most amazing welcome basket and bread on arrival. Inside is beautifully decorated, warm and cosy, outside is lovely for bbqs and the hot rub is huge, excellent for 2 people to relax in. The most amazing stay, we wish we had booked longer.
Perfect location for a relaxing holiday. The cottage had everything you need with towels, robes, slippers and full kitchen, the welcome basket was a lovely touch with the essentials. Close to Richmond town centre with lots of cafes and pubs, a lot of which are dog friendly. The cottage is close to so many amazing walks (The AllTrails app has lots of guided walks close by to choose from). Private patio and hot tub with views over the countryside made for a cozy evening after a busy day of walking.
Host was very friendly, engaging and helpful. Room was in the cottage next door to the hotel and was large and roomy bath only. The outside seating area has a lovely cottage garden feel and very pleasant to sit in. Breakfast was very good, hot and quickly served.
