Lovely quiet location, handy for Woodhall Spa and several aviation history museums in the area. Very clean, modern, spacious and comfortable apartment with everything you need. The outside space was also excellent, we didn’t use it only because of poor weather. Added bonus of an excellent indoor swimming pool and sauna. The host Mandy was lovely and was there to show us around.

Lock view cottage is only a 10 minute walk to St Botolphs and the Market square.. we were only visitng for one night, stopping over for a journey on to the north.. We really liked the central area o Boston around the church and would like to return to see more. the cottage has been decorated to a high standard and furnished with good quality furniture and appliances. It was an attractive and comfortable place to stay.

Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
Fabulous breakfast plenty of choice, cooked when ordered so hot!
Lovely locations in the Lincolnshire countryside, not far to major attractions and towns.
Evening meals just as good with plenty of options.
When we arrived, we was greeted with friendly smiles (I think the lady was the manager) and went out of their way to make our stay great.  I needed gluten-free food and was bought in
specially. The food was cooked fresh and really tasty. We had our evening meal there and breakfast which both times were amazing. The pub inside had lots of character and was beautiful setting outside. The bed was super comfy, really soft and cosy bedding.  The room had everything you needed for a nights stay.
Very in fact more than generous breakfast.Very helpful staff. A good old fashioned pub with lots of character. Good beer and food.
Location was perfect for us to visit East Kirby Heritage Centre.

We stay here regularly when visiting the Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre. Steve and Kerry can't do enough for their guests, from a friendly welcome, excellent beer and superb food. We keep coming back. That says it all.
As always a wonderful stay. We booked all 4 rooms for a family celebration prior to visiting Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre the following day. Evening meal and breakfast were up to their usual standard.
