Beautiful old cottage. Well appointed, quiet. The pub down the road was also fantastic- good solid food and well priced too. Amazing host. Went out of their way to help us do our laundry.

Got the code for the keys straight after booking the accommodation. Easy peasy.
The hot tub was on and ready when we got there so no messing around and was straight in.
We used the cooking facilities and enjoyed Netflix on the TV the first night. The little snacks and treats the host left for us made the weekend that much better.
The entire place is very modern and the bathroom is very slick.

Really beautiful cottage in a lovely quiet location. Deceptively roomy, the owners have made great use of the space. Well stocked for everything you need. Very pretty garden. We loved everything about it.
Super location and very quiet with only six lodges on the site. About a 20 minute walk into the village where there are a couple of lovely pubs.
A nice touch with the eggs, bread, milk and cake - thank you!
A slight hiccup with the hot tub temperature but this was resolved very quickly after a phone call to the site team.
We would definitely recommend!
The food was excellent, both breakfast and dinner. The staff were friendly and helpful. All the little touches like fresh milk for your room, fruit, sweets and games in the bar made it very cosy. Ideally located for local walks and for getting into the Lake District.
Idyllic spot. The pub is also a wonderful mini motor museum so there's lots to see and look at. Fabulous walking on the doorstep. A friendly welcome and nice evening meal. Proper pub grub. Our room was a little tired and dated but spotlessly clean. Thank you 😊
