The cottage was very recently modernised and was spotlessly clean. We arrived on a very rainy, windswept evening and were so relieved to enter a warm and welcoming house. We found the supplies that came with the house to be better than most. The view from the living room window was fabulous and the location, overlooking the rocky shoreline, was really lovely and peaceful. The owner was courteous and helpful.

Everything. The location was amazing, and the views from the front garden were stunning. The accommodation was a home from home. Very comfortable beds and clean linen and spare linen if needed. Having a child with us the advantage of having a second tv was spot on. In the village, there is a Spar shop, a Chinese takeaway, and a chip shop that sells the best fish and chips I've ever tasted. The people in the village are all so friendly and welcoming, and the local cats all pay a visit now and again, especially the 3-legged one.

We've stayed here before and it was great to be back. Wonderful location and views - Findochty is a gem, as is all of the Moray Coast. The village is quiet, as is the house.

Gemma was an excellent host and went above and beyond in her hospitality (found our forgotten teddy!). The cottage was great size, warm and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. There were loads of toys, games and books for the kids. The location was excellent for local walks (beautiful coastal cliff walk to Cullen), shops (fantastic fish & chips) as well as for exploring Moray coast.
Cliff top cottage exceeded our expectations. Everything you could need and more. Extremely well equipped with super comfy beds. The view is amazing and we were lucky enough to see the dolphins on more than 1 occasion. I can thoroughly recommend and we will definitely book again😁
We stayed here for one night at this old charming hotel in a small coastal town. We had a room a the very top of this small hotel, so lots of stairs, but an excellent sea view. The hotel has its own restaurant, which is very convenient, since no other options are available in the town. We had a very nice dinner at the restaurant.
