I liked the decor and beautiful views Breakfast cereals and milk in the fridge for a cup of tea on arrival were very welcomed Appreciated the later departure and earlier arrival - thank you The cost . It's the prices for everything today you don't seem to get much nowadays . Alternatives in the area were almost double . Perhaps local businesses are aware of university student intakes

Rosemary Cottage, hotel in Pillaton

Rosemary Cottage, a property with a garden, is situated in Bere Alston, 16 km from Cotehele House, 17 km from Cathedral Church of St Mary and St Boniface, as well as 18 km from Plymouth Pavilions.

The cottage is flawless, the colour palette beautiful and restful, and everything is immaculate. The bed is easily the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The host left a cream tea for my arrival. It's a great place to base yourself for an active, outdoor holiday where you can yomp the trails all day, then come in for a great shower/bath and a great night's sleep. Loved the Neal's Yard handwash, too. It is touches like this that make somewhere special.

We were in room 26 , a lovely countryside view of fields and cows. All the staff were really helpful. Wi fi was a bit iffy but it is way out in the country. We had a lovely stay at The Weary Friar Inn. I definitely would recommend it.
