House is in a great location, walking distance to town centre and major supermarkets. Small garden at rear is nice space. No parking at the property but space available in nearby location is fine. House and kitchen are well equipped, excellent powerful shower. The most comfortable bed I have encountered in a holiday let in a long time.

It was very comfortable and cosy. Just what we needed. The hot tub was also a lovely added touch. The cottage owners were also very kind and welcoming.
A lovely one up one down cottage, very nicely restored and equipped. Forms part of a small yard of terraced 19th C houses. Great quiet location near the town centre. Excellent for one person or a couple. Host’s caretaker was very helpful and resourceful in solving problems.
Cosy cottage worth hot tub. Very clean, host was lovely. As we arrived they were doing final touches to property. Rose petals on the bed and chocolates were a beautiful touch.

Having discovered the Brantwood we are regular returners , this charming traditional small country house hotel in a peaceful village setting maintains consistently high standards offering excellent hospitality from the owner and his friendly helpful team of staff is a true gem.
Excellent food available in the restaurant and if staying over the weekend the exceptional Sunday lunch is a must . Cosy welcoming bar area in which to enjoy a relaxing drink . Outside garden seating area and on site parking
The house is very nicely appointed with attention to every detail. Beautiful decor, fully equipped kitchen, and cozy fireplace. Penrith is a very charming town with lots of restaurants and shopping available.
The studio room was very cute, cosy and private, great facilities, Wi-Fi, sky tv and the hot tub was a great size. Close to pubs, and food places, nice little tea room on the corner near the studio, which was lovely for breakfast. Would definitely come back and would also like to try the cottage next time.
